「nice hotel」

「Rooms need to be updated. Staff was very helpful. Eggs and sausage at breakfast weren't very hot.」

「We were welcomed with huge smiles at the lobby and everyone was very polite. The rooms and the overall hotel were squicky clean and room was brand new/renovated. One of the comfiest beds ever too. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast so nothing special but still tasty/acceptable. Parking area was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers!」

「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」

「Good size room with a king size bed. Generally happy with the room but pillows were flat for me but my spouse was ok with them. The only thing I thought should be improved was the breakfast as eggs, bacon and toast were cold. One person was the chef , waiter, and check out person for several people. They should have more staff for breakfast.」

「Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others...
