"我們是訂3人客房，可是只給了2套浴巾及毛巾，後來跟房務人員索要只給了一條浴巾。 白天不在到晚上12點回來想休息時沙發床都沒鋪床套 被子。打給客房服務，催了2次，半個多小時才來，睡覺都ㄧ點鐘了。真是無言。"
