“Great hotel and great location. Staff were friendly but discrete. Parking on site and good bars and restaurants within 50m. Modern, clean and very pleasant hotel. Above all, staff did not insist on speaking English to me and put up with my poor French. A rarity in France in my exprrience! Definitely the best hotel in Epernay, we having tried at least 4 others. We will definitely be back!”

“We stayed one night on our way home to the UK. The hotel was really easy to get to. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We ate at the hotel as we had arrived late and the kitchen is open 24/7. The food was good and we had a lovely bottle of wine. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend and will use again. ”

"Experienced a very problematic check-in. I had to go in and out of reception 3 times before getting the right room.
Although I booked for two days, they only programmed the card for one day, requiring me to check in at reception again for the second day. There are still shower repair tools left in the room. The good thing is the hotel is new and located near bus and tram stops. This was the messiest reception service I have ever experienced."
