Apa Hotel Higashi Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower

10/10 Excellent

"Beds were comfy. Rooms were very clean and quiet, despite loud people on the street below. Great location for exploring Shinjuku on foot. Lots of restaurants nearby, and lots of accomodation for English speakers. Great access to multiple public transport lines within walking distance. Would highly recommend to first time travellers who want an affordable hotel near the nightlife and day activities. The breakfast buffet was very yummy, with many choices of both western and Japanese dishes. Many staff speak enough English to assist you with whatever you may need."

"Everyone was very helpful and if someone didn't know much English they would get another worker who did. The building is clean and well maintained, it is a bit older looking on the floors beside the reception floor but, still clean and well maintained. They also have a family mart connected to the hotel."
