"Really lovely hotel, the building and its surroundings are stunning, as are the Las Bóvedas restaurant and the Mudéjar Bar. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There wrong room was allocated to my friends and the issue was solved promptly and in a very friendly manner. There are quite a few stairs to access the lobby. "This is a clean, and quiet place, very handy if you are on a road trip and need a stop off not far from the motorway. The staff are friendly but for those that dont have any basic spanish you will struggle. There are no tea/coffee facilitates in the rooms which is an annoyance. I am sure they wouldn't like me in my pjs in the restaurant. During April when we visited it actually looks like its being run on skeleton staff and areas such as lounge bar is closed, swimming pool closed until June. And the sauna you have to pay extra for. But its friendly, clean and quiet.."
