“Great stay during our spring break! The home was beautiful, clean, and well organized. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.We also loved being able to stay with our dog, Coco. Would definitely come back again!”

“We were looking forward to our stay because the photos of the interior looked very clean and orderly. We received the automated VBRO message stating that we would receive check in information from our host on 23NOV25; however, we did not. The host did however respond almost immediately when we messaged the day prior to our check in. Upon arrival and entering the premise, we were overwhelmed with cat urine odor and a large spider web on the stairs complete with accompanying spider. The premise is……

“Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. ”

Everything down to the tiniest detail was well thought out and designed from having music playing throughout the home to providing glitzy costumes for the disco to having binoculars available for viewing eagles!”

“No running water on our first day from 10am-3pm due to water damage from pipe bursting and that night we had mice running around in our room. The hotel smelled moldy and the pool looked cloudy. I didn’t want to risk swimming in it. No room service even though it was offered online. The restaurant had 1 waiter and he refused to wait on us because he said he was the only one and told us to go to the bar. I would not recommend this hotel until things are fixed.”
