“beautiful and comfortable property. very well appointed with supplies, condiments and water. Thank you. The major detractor was the spa/pool management. We followed the instructions on the video but could not get the spa to heat up. the owner heated it remotely but the jets went off and we could not get them back on- we used the features button on the app - but nothing. we couldn't figure out how to get the outside lights on, pool or spa. once we were all done after 10 pm, the outside……
