The cutest little place, with amazing little touches (ie., hot water bottles on the bed, complimentary snacks). The staff was extremely kind, and it is such an interesting concept for a hotel! Also very convenient location; very close drive to Stonehenge, with a convenience store right next door and built-in restaurant. Could not recommend more, 10/10, no notes.

Lovely location outside Salisbury in Broad Chalke, The Queens Head has great staff and the rooms were comfortable and well kept. I wish their menu had more options, we had dinner last night, the venison was not tender at all, they even forgot half the meal, the salads that were meant to accompany them, mediocre at best . But can’t always expect excellence all the time.

During my 3 night stay during August we had an evening meal on the Sunday, whilst eating a number of flies constantly landed on our food, the same happened whilst eating breakfast the following morning. The breakfast was buffet style, uncovered and was inundated by flies on the food. I informed a member of staff of the situation, her reply was ' you get flies in the countryside'. Her response and reaction was not satisfactory, the food was not being served in a hygienic environment. I also for your information live in the countryside.

Gorgeous little pub stay

We were in the area for a friend’s birthday and booked to stay here and my goodness was it lovely. Everything from the people, to the food, to the room etc was just fab and although we don’t have much reason to, we would absolutely love to come back to stay as it was just so nice. 10/10 recommend
