「Very clean and comfortable with good food」

「Very good value for money. Comfortable bed. Slept like a baby. A few carpet stains tho. WiFi perfect but no air conditioning. Nice cosy looking fireplace bar downstairs. 'The works' breakfast filled me up till the evening...!」

「The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. There could be some seepage at the bath tub as there was a pool of water on the toilet floor after my shower, even though there was a glass door to stop water from splashing over to the floor. 「We were visisting Glastonbury and booked into here Great stay here in Shepton, good choice of drinks and meals.. Rooms were set out nice and airy, view of surrounding area in our rooms ... Couldn’t have asked for better hosts 👍」

「Although only booked for one night, but I had a very good experience.The staff are very helpful, the location is convenience that is close to town and just next to Cathedral. I love the fact that the hotel is a historical building and preserved so well from the inside and outside. Highly recommend to stay there while you visit Stonehenge, Old Sarum & Saisbury Cathedral.」

「We booked a Premium room and we were really happy with it. Large spacious room with four poster style bed, large bathroom with freestanding bath. Classy contemporary decor, good tea/coffee amenities. We booked dinner outside in the garden, great food. Cooked breakfast was included with the room, cooked to order and piping hot. Would recommend and return.」

「We wanted a pet friendly hotel and boy, did we get it. Every member of staff treated our little pup like royalty. In the room there was a comfortable bed for her with a towel and 2 blankets along with some bowls but the piece de resistance was a the little bag containing poop bags, treats and a ball. We had a very satisfied little dog in the room but when she saw the outside greenery she was absolutely thrilled as were we. Unlike a lot of hotels where they claim to be dog friendly but then...
