“Although only booked for one night, but I had a very good experience.The staff are very helpful, the location is convenience that is close to town and just next to Cathedral. I love the fact that the hotel is a historical building and preserved so well from the inside and outside. Highly recommend to stay there while you visit Stonehenge, Old Sarum & Saisbury Cathedral.”

“Lady on reception was lovely and friendly. Such an interesting old building, obviously not immaculate as it is not modern, but full of character and so comfortable. Easy walking distance to town and the cathedral but still nice and quiet area. ”

“We had a large clean room over looking the river. The bed was extra large and comfortable. The room has a good size en suite. Sleeping with the window open and hearing the water is very soothing. It's a nice walk into town along the town path. There is limited parking but it's free. Breakfast was very substantial and freshly cooked to order. The restaurant manager was very helpful and friendly. We plan to stay again soon. ”
