I stayed here for 5 nights and the location of the property was perfect--directly across the street from the convention center where I was attending a conference. Everything I needed was in walking distance and the location just couldn't have been better.
The property itself was great as well. It was clean and well decorated. The bed and furnishings were comfortable. The only issue I encountered was that I couldn't find the silverware or a hair dryer (both were in drawers that weren't clearly marked and/or tucked under where I couldn't see it) and the ice maker in the refrigerator wasn't working.
As great as the property was, the management was terrible. While I received entry instructions on time, none of it ended up being helpful because the contact person was unresponsive. I arrived around 6:00, well after check-in time, and as instructed, I buzzed the number to be let into the building. After five minutes with no answer, I tried again. Still nothing. I called the phone number of the contact, and it went straight to voicemail. I then emailed and immediately received an out of office response that the property manager was on vacation and would be gone until after I left. I eventually had to wave down a resident of the building to let me in.
I obviously don't begrudge anyone a well-deserved vacation, but they really should have provided a back-up contact for when they'd be out of town.
