「Only used for a short stay before flying from Leeds Bradford. It was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was fine. Otherwise we only had 1 drink in the bar before an early night.it was quiet and warm. Building looked a bit sad.」

「Value for money, but don’t expect the ritz. The hotel is clean, but in need of modernisation. This is for the hotel and also the gym / pool / sauna. Everything just needs updating and a lick of paint. Friendly staff, great little pub next door showing sky and tnt sports with nice beer, nice staff and a good home based food menu. 」

「The drive resembles an entrance to building site, large pot hoke. Wall paper peeling off in bathroom, bed mattress bigger then bed base/6 inches over hang but was comfortable. Heavy duty curtains r/h hanging on by 2 clips, tv stand broken & lots of dust + no back up toilet roll. Didn't go down for second breakfast as it's not even continental. Minimum of thing's offered & dining room so dusty. Over all I could mention more thing's & it's a shame as the building is beautiful. With maintenance &...

「No food in late evening which was a shame as I missed dinner at an event I was attending in Leeds. Overnight the hotel was very noisy with sound travelling between floors etc. The staff were nice but a little indifferent. The breakfast was part cold and the coffee was terrible. Didn’t get a chance to try the spa.」

「This an impotant historic property with fabulous grounds but has been upgraded to a clinical level. Very clean but no soul. Needs aome fwminine touches. Shelving, pictures, hooks etc. No retaurant facilities or breakfast. Basic but adequate」

「I didn't have breakfast. However, whilst the room was tidy the pillows were like concrete blocks. Also the bathroom had damp and fungus because they dont have an extractor fan. The room also are in need of decoration. I paid £89 and i wouldnt say it was worth £30. Disappointed. Whilst the lady on reception was polite and courteous i wont be staying there again. I work in Leeds a few times a year so i will put this on my 'do not use' list of properties.」
