「This hotel is a hidden gem. We stumbled upon it on hotels.com and it is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The place has a great vibe, beautiful, rooms were immaculate. We stayed for a week, and were treated with special notes a small gifts along the way. Staff was incredible.」

「The staff is very nice and introduce us a very nice restaurant nearby. It is near the Gran Via where you can find the shops and lots of restaurants. It is convenient even to walk to the monuments (it just takes around 15 minutes walk). And the room is spacious and the toilet is very big. The cleaning staff is very good and tidy the room well.
