Awesome hospitality. Very quiet. Love the indoor pool & jacuzzi, it's more private. I can enjoy the jacuzzi without the sun making it unbearable to do so. The worker's that were there when i wuz up, were very sweet & kind. I will stay at this place again, mosted definitely.

This is probably the worst of the worst hotels we have stayed at ever. From the smell that hits you when you open the room door to the loud upstairs and side neighbors who partied all night and slamming doors and then to top it off when my husband was woken up to bug bites on his back and side. This is not even to mention the indoor pool with brown water- the worse. So yes, this place will never be a place for me.

The property was nice and clean as were the rooms, the only problems were that the elevator was not working, and the pool was over chlorinated. The property manager offered a free cancellation due to the elevator being out of order but that was not an option since they notified me of the outage at the last minute and it was too late to make other reservations elsewhere and the pool was so over chlorinated that it was irritating the pool patrons' eyes and making it hard to breathe, basically making the pool unusable but management never closed the pool. Other than that, it was a good stay but could have been better if it weren't for those two inconveniences.

Overall this location was dirty. I had to change rooms because our restroom would not flush and it was dirty. The second room was a bit better on the cleanliness but when inspected the bed sheets had hairs. I will never stay at that location again.

The front desk guy was super sweet and helpful. He was overwhelmed with eight million guests asking eight million different questions, but he kept his cool and answered all the questions.

Tub wall had a crack and the tile on the restroom floor was cracked near the tub. The tub had dark gray dirty spots and I didn’t want to soak in the tub. The walls are thin, you could hear the neighbors on both sides of the room. Other than that everything else was excellent. The staff was accommodating and my room was cleaned every day. The breakfast foods and drink selection was on point. The bed was so comfortable…. Really enjoyed my rest. Thank you!!

The place needs to be remodeled door are rusted electric locks some work some don't stayed two nights for the grand children and had to pay a $250.00 cash payment deposit card would not work they required cash because I was a local and lived in San Antonio Texas that was in addition to the &264.00 that I paid for the room .

When we got our room I noticed the toilet seat was dirty, so I asked for cleaning supplies. We were on the go with plans so weren’t in room long after check in. Later I noticed blood stains on wall of restroom and the drain in shower was clogged. We asked to switch rooms and they were nice about it. The new room we were given was clean. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. I would say hold housekeepers accountable for their cleaning of rooms and keep up with maintenance of the drains. If we wouldn’t have experienced the first room the rate would have been higher.

Bathroom door had stains on it. The wall.was cracked,the shower didnt drain properly. When someone else flushed the toilet the water pressure dropped and the temperature changed

I guess they wanted to keep everyone in the same floor it was super loud. Bed was terrible, flat and hard as if they just put a plywood and some sheets, no comfort. Restroom towels were dirty with black and red stains. In the Pool area the jacuzzi was dirty with poop and was there throughout our stay so we didn’t use it either.

I reserved two rooms for my mother, and my brother for three days. The rooms were on the third floor, my mother is not able to walk up and down the stairs. They actually got a first floor room for her. The elevator would go up but it would not go down. The next morning I picked them up we returned to find my mom's things not in her room. They only reserved the room for one night despite the fact, they we had reserved a room for three nights. I don't understand why they were confused about reserving a room for three nights.

It was ok for the price but was a little run down
There was multiple spots where trim on wall was broken and holes in wall and they ran out spoons and short staffed and front desk barely spoke English and breakfast didn’t have a good variety and there was no water fountains anywhere

Room was big enough for me and my 4 children. The AC stopped working on our second night, but they were quick to fix it once we told the front desk. Decided to stay an extra night, paid at the hotel. Staff was VERY friendly.

The beds are old and worn out. Either sink to the center or have intentions that keep you in one spot., water spurts while running. Air in the waterlines? Mold building up around the tubs. The breakfast is a joke. Eggs are scrambled like grains of salt and super dry. Sausage was cold and potatoes were not cooked all the way. I think it’s time to remodel this hotel. I reserved 3 rooms 3 wks in advance, one was supposed to be handicapped because my daughter in law is wheelchair bound, they filled it so she was put in a regular room with no room for the wheelchair. My grand-daughter, age 2, knelt to pick up her toy in the parking lot and cut her knee on broken glass. They should take care of the parking grounds as well. one elevator is not enough for the size of this hotel. Especially when housekeeping is locking it down to move floors.

Pleasant stay except for lack of hot water
Our stay was pleasant, check-in was easy. The biggest issue was a leaking pipe in our hall way which was not repaired during the length of our 2 day stay. I am not sure if this is what caused our hot water issue (appeared to be leaking from a hot water pipe), but our water would not get warmer than luke warm, which for me makes for an uncomfortable shower. The pool was warm. The breakfast was decent; however, adding tortillas would be a definite plus (they serve sausage, eggs, and refried beans). The room was clean, but the shower and mattresses were showing definite wear. Overall, for the price we paid I was satisfied.
