Optional Guest Experiences

Celebration Setup
Custom house decorations can be arranged prior to arrival for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or other special occasions. Pricing will vary depending on the scope of the request and can be discussed in advance.

Private Painting Experience
Enjoy a guided painting activity at the home, complete with supplies and facilitation. Artwork selection, date, and time will be coordinated in advance. Pricing is $30 per participant.

Movie Night Setup
A private movie night experience can be arranged with a large inflatable screen, projector, sound system, and candy or treats. Guests may select the movie in advance. Pricing is $350.

Please note that these experiences are subject to availability and advance coordination. It is generally unavailable from Friday at 2:00 PM through Saturday at 7:00 PM most weeks, but scheduling details can be discussed with interested guests.

Parking:
There is space in the driveway to accommodate up to four vehicles. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the garage is used as a game room and is not available for parking.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

Firepit Safety
Children are not permitted around the firepit without an adult present at all times.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. If smoking outside, do not leave cigarette butts in the grass, on the ground, in the fire pit, or in the grill.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops. No other pets allowed.Accessibility
