Brilliant communication - very flexible and awesome property management. The ONLY issue was some housekeeping details which were promptly addressed. Never had a better property manager in any vacation rental . Could not ask for better communication and willingness to ensure our trip was great. THANK YOU

"A Dream Wedding Getaway – Stunning Views, Ultimate Comfort, and Total Privacy!"

Our experience at this stunning wedding retreat was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the ideal location for our special weekend. The property provided everything we needed to create a magical wedding celebration, with breathtaking scenery and a beautifully designed observation deck that made for the most picturesque ceremony backdrop. The house itself was spacious and thoughtfully equipped, ensuring that every guest felt comfortable and at home. With plenty of rooms, everyone had their own space to relax, yet there were also fantastic communal areas to come together and enjoy. The game room was a huge hit, offering darts, ping pong, and even an arcade machine to keep everyone entertained. One of the highlights was the incredible outdoor space. The property sits on a vast, private piece of land in the heart of the Hill Country, offering total seclusion and tranquility. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding, while the grill and flat tops made outdoor cooking a breeze—nothing beats enjoying a delicious meal while soaking up the beautiful surroundings. If you're looking for a wedding venue or just a luxurious getaway, this place is truly a hidden gem. Every detail was designed for comfort, fun, and unforgettable memories. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Responsiveness of our host was our primary issue. When we arrived, the door would not unlock. We waited a half hour until we finally received a call back. They unlocked the door remotely, and told us that they would fix the code. We left several messages the following day to inform them that the code was still not working, and never heard back. It was very unsettling leaving our belongings unsecured when we left the property for the dayThe property itself was a nice large property as described, and there were certain unexpected touches like soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, and other supplies provided in each bathroom. The rooms were nice and clean. It was a nice layout for a large family and a nice kitchen ( although kitchen should have been better stocked with pots and pans )The views are amazing and it had a nice pool.In most properties that we have stayed in, there was a welcome binder with instructions for the property, there was not one for this property The water is hard, and they really should have a water softener, the dishes all had hard water deposits The master shower was not working properly and flooded the master bathThere was a nice theater set up but the audio did not work wellThis property has great potential and most of the issues with the property itself could be easily addressed. Perhaps the host should have a backup available if they are not going to be able to respond. I was very clear on the messages that I wanted a call back and I never heard back
