We strongly suggest to quickly read the house manual and explore the guidebook. Everything you need to know is most likely explained in the guidebook. It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!
This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles in the garage, driveway, and street.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (2 cars). You can park 1 more car on the street in front of the house. NO parking on property complex driveway, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 3 CARS AT ALL TIMES.
This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
• Please note that though the listing shows 4 beds, there are only 3 actual beds. The last “bed” is a queen size sofa bed.
• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
• For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
• By booking with us and continuing with this reservation, you automatically agree to the waivers, disclaimers, disclosures, and any other matter stated in this document: Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. You will receive a link to the document right after booking and it will also be displayed at the end of the House Manual. If you don't agree with this document, you can cancel within 2 hours of booking and get a full refund.
