Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Pablo, de Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich. Wir waren immer per WhatsApp mit ihm in Kontakt. Er hat uns mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt. Als wir ankamen, hatte er uns auch schon Lebensmittel eingekauft. Die Wohnung und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht (Gewürze, Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentaps, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc.). Auch die Aufteilung der Wohnung war für uns sehr gut (wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder).

Spacious,well maintained villa in peaceful area

Stayed at villa for family holiday. Accommodation spacious for 6 people. Well located and easy to find from the airport. Peaceful location with supermarket and restaurants a five minute walk away. We hired a car and never had any problems parking. Complex well maintained with a lovely pool a short distance from the villa however we did not use the pool as it was unheated and quite cold.The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped and as described on the website.The secluded terrace was lovely to sit out and enjoy the sunshine with comfortable furniture. Pablo was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities and also very responsive when we had a couple of questions. A lovely holiday which we enjoyed very much! Thank you!

A peaceful complex near Maspalomas Golf, enough space for 6

Golf and family holiday with a group of 6. Own terrace with barbecue was nice, and the villa is only 20 m from the pool. Pablo was most helpful with recommendations on services & restaurants, normally a reply to a question in whatsapp came within minutes. Small supermarket for daily shopping only 5 min walk away. And the steak restaurant Toro Piedra at Faro 2 shopping centre served us well quite a few times. Thanks a lot, we really enjoyed our holiday!

Ruhe und Erholung pur!!

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten ruhigen und sicheren Anlage. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben - alles, was man brauchte - war vorhanden. Das Domizil war ausgesprochen gepflegt und auch während des Aufenthaltes hat die Reinigungsdame umfangreich geputzt, Handtücher getauscht und die Betten frisch bezogen. Der Vermieter - Pablo - ist reizend und sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste besorgt. Wir benötigten einen Arzt und auch in dieser Situation stand er uns hilfreich zur Seite. Ich würde diese Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, der Pool ist gegenüber direkt am Haus und wird nur wenig genutzt. Nur ab und zu liegt jemand am Pool, es ist dadurch eine private Atmosphäre. Restaurants und Supermarkt fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem - ein toller Urlaub - wir kommen wieder!!
