“Located at Mestre, takes only 15 mins bus ride to Venice. Good choice if can't afford expensive place in Venice. Also it's nice to have breakfast delivered to room on time. Staff are helpful too.
But wifi signal is poor. Overall good experience staying here! Recommended!”

“Had a great stay at Casa Villa Gardenia for two nights! The location is super convenient. Just a 2-minute walk to the train station and bus stop, and I can get to Venice Island in about 20 minutes, so it’s perfect if you want easy access to the city but stay somewhere a bit quieter.
The host was amazing. We had really nice conversations and he shared tons of local tips e.g restaurants, activities, must-go spots, and cultural stuff. Felt more like getting advice from a friend than staying at a……

“We booked Ca’Nadia just to have a place to rest between our 10 AM checkout and our 6 AM flight to Madrid — and it ended up being one of the best decisions of our trip.
Check-in wasn’t supposed to be until 4 PM, but they graciously allowed us to check in FOUR hours early. After traveling, that kindness meant everything. Roberto went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind.

“Friendly and helpful staff. Room was great! Spacious and very clean.
Prime location. Vaporetto, water taxi literally a stone throw away. Would definitely recommend. 100%”

“Room was clean and well appointed. A few marks on the walls from guests and their luggage mishandling. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Quiet building in central area of Venice.
Staff was friendly and accomodating. Only small criticism was they locked us out before 10 and it was a hassle to get back in our day of departure. Overall highly recommended.”

“The location of the hotel is very convince located near San Marco water bus station, and walking distance from train station (we did walk pleasantly from there to the train station). It is a small hotel with history, but the room is not small at all, and is very clean. Caterina is a very nice lady, she showed the place of the hotel in person and answered all the questions that we asked. We definitely will stay this hotel again.”

“We stayed in the junior suite. It was roomy and had a cute little balcony overlooking a canal. We ordered breakfast to have on the balcony and it was quite a treat. I cannot say enough about Giuliani, he was always willing to help and answer questions. Highly recommend!”

“Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.”

“Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door.
We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night.
The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good.
It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time.
It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.”

“furniture is a bit old but acceptable, have welcome snack and drinks
nice breakfast
the view is quite nice, can overlook one of the canels in Venice
Reasonable price for an overnight experience in Venice
Recommended!
But the room is a bit small
傢私少許舊但作爲歐洲/威尼斯的酒店是可以理解的
早餐不錯
身處威尼斯本島而且價錢不貴是最大優點
不過房間頗細”
