I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!”

The room was meticulously clean, the building is beautiful, but the best part was Mario and Blanca who made us feel like family the moment we walked through the door. “A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.”

“Airport shuttle driver waiting for me at airport with my name on a sign. Return ride to airport was on time as promised. Breakfast was great! Hernan was a gracious host. He made sure I had everything I needed. He even booked a tour for me and another guest in which he took the time to be our guide and driver. Great stay! Thank you Hernan!”

“Old world charm in the historic center. We were able to walk to many sights and restaurants. The breakfast had fresh fruit and juices, a hot dish featuring regional cuisine, eggs, and a great selection of breads. Coffee, not so great. Shower was hot and very clean. Room 217 was noisy from plumbing or sump pump and no blackout curtains for sleeping. Overall an excellent hotel and very helpful staff.”
