What a great house! The location was fantastic. Host was awesome and communicative. The house had plenty of space and many xtra amenities. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We love it

This place is a little gem on the coast. Very relaxing, cozy, lots of space even for a big family. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Beach is a couple of minutes away. We will be definitely coming back.

Opus Day Reunion

Rented the property for a friend reunion with 6 buddies . We’ve been friends for 35 years. The property was the perfect size, picturesque views from 3 balconies. I/2 block from the beach. Beach walk to the pier. Great kitchen with a bbq grill. Plenty of storage. 5 min drive to the breweries and food places. Absolutely recommend this to anyone .

Walking distance to the beach

Great location to the beach and town of San Clemente. House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The couches and beds were comfortable.

Property was a great location. Condition of the property not so great. Outdoor furniture pretty dirty.. musky smell with carpet interior. Very close to the beach, which was nice just a couple of minutes away from shopping and grocery and dining excellent..

Excellent Location!

Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Lots of sleeping space and several decks. The rooftop deck is awesome! You can see the ocean and hear the waves while enjoying a beverage. Super quick walk to the beach path and walking distance to the pier. Overall a great spot!!

Great Views

Great location! Super close to the beach and pier. Loved the roof top area and the stunning views! Great part is the positioning of the condo - the breeze/ocean air comes pouring in!

Second year staying at the property with my four best friends from childhood and as incredible as last year! Walking distance to everything in SC and the rooftop deck is incredible! Went sailing in DP which was the highlight of our trip!

Simply the BEST!

Annual girls trip for 30 plus years and it was one of the BEST! The place is GORGEOUS and we loved everything about especially the rooftop deck, quick access to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and downtown. We will definitely be back!

Location, location, location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time. Easy proximity to the beach trail was definitely a plus as was all the beach gear provided. We would definitely rent again and hope to come back soon. Thank you Edmund!

Stairway to Heaven

Perfect spot in quiet neighborhood

This house was perfect for our 2 families! We had everything we needed for the kids to be able to hang out and relax, for us to make dinner and eat at home and to hang out at the pier, beach and shops. It was very clean and well equipped. The house was a perfect location also to two fabulous restaurants-we strongly recommend Sonny’s and Nick’s. We will definitely come here again!

Great Holiday in San Clemente

This was a great place for my three sons and me to enjoy the Christmas holidays. It is steps to the beach walk which takes you to the pier and the top deck is a prime place to watch the sunset. You do have to climb some stairs to get to the unit so that would be an individuals who have mobility problems.

Perfect beach stay

Location was perfect. Across the street and you are at the beach. Rooftop ocean views. San Clemente became our favorite little surf town. The ice cream shop downtown is a must! Also tried every coffee shop in town and they were all phenomenal! If you take surf lessons go through JPS surf co. They were beyond amazing to work with. We will definitely return!

Girls’ Getaway

This was a reunion of four friends. The house was amazing because it had so many seating areas. The living room was great for just hanging out. And then the rooftop patio was also amazing. Plenty of seating, and views of the ocean. The house is walking distance to the beach, and walking distance to old San Clemente downtown with great restaurants, shopping and thrifting. The kitchen was very well outfitted, and the beds were super comfy. Everyone had a great time and loved the house.
