Lovely cottage

Nicely maintained, clean, charming and so close to the beach. Very comfortable beds, hot shower and roomy cottage. I would definitely stay there again.

La Jolla Property within walking distance of beach.

Property was super clean and comfortable. Beautifully maintained. All amenities.In a central location. Management was very responsive and always available for small glitches.The only downside, party people next door, with loud pounding music till 3 am on a Saturday night. Definitely not a quiet neighborhood.

PB Easter

This was our best rental experience by far. From the communication with the rental management to the comfort and cleanliness of the property. The unit was bright and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. We spent Easter weekend with our adult children and dog. Kitchen was fully stocked to make family meals. Location was perfect to the ocean. Very clean and safe neighborhood. Looking forward to future rentals with this management team!

Great family vacation home!

My family of four stayed in this nicely updated home for four days while visiting Pacific Beach, the San Diego Zoo, and San Diego Zoo Safari Park. Getting to and from our destinations was easy with relatively short drives to freeway access. The kids loved the short walk to the beach where we could play in the waves and watch the surfers. The home was very clean and well-equipped with all the things we needed to meal prep and clean. Laundry and parking onsite are very convenient. You get a steady flow of surfer traffic passing by being so close to the surfing beach, but it wasn’t an issue at all. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and everyone that we encountered making their way to and from the beach was respectful of the neighborhood residents. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Pacific Beach.
