The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash: Remove all trash (except recycling) and leave it outside the front door. Recycling is for glass bottles, plastic bottles, cans, and clean boxes only.
Dishes: Load and start the dishwasher. Kitchen knives and wine glasses are NOT dishwasher safe.
Laundry: • Place all used towels in the bathtub. • If you used the sofa bed, remove the sheets, extra pillowcases, and blankets and place them next to the front door to indicate they need washing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The owner was very helpful and informative of local restaurants and bars and other things. The place had everything we really needed. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants was a plus even in Jan when the beach is too cold

Great dog friendly location

Just a couple blocks away from the dog beach. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Nice clean comfortable plave to stay with all the amenities of home. I would stay here again.

Clean and cheerful property in a fabulous location!! Located on a quiet corner just steps from the beach and the heart of Ocean Beach. Fully stocked with lots of effort on the details of what you would need for a stay. Great communication from the property manager to make the checkin easy and the stay a fabulous one. Our stay here was comfortable, affordable and convenient. It was close to a lot of restaurants and stores and the beach was right there! We loved it. The place is very clean and provides all the amenities you need when traveling from far away.

Place was really nice and comfortable. The location was perfect for me and my family as so many options to walk to. Best of all is the owner. Great location and clean

We had a weekend stay in San Diego and this apartment was a great spot. One block from ocean beach and few minutes walk to restaurants. The market across the street was so convenient. Apartment was clean, and host gave clear instructions for entry. We were able to check in early which was great! Thanks for a wonderful stay, will book again.

Great location accommodation

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect and street parking wasn't too tedious to find - we never had to park more than 1 block away, and this was due to arriving back to the apartment later in the evening. Check in was a breeze and all of the necessary beach equipment was readily available (including a wagon to help tote your items!). Beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. Host was very easy to communicate with and when I did reach out with a question during the stay, she responded in under 5 minutes, which I can't say is always the case and I very much appreciated her attentiveness and responsiveness. I would recommend this listing to my friends and would stay here again.

Great beach town condo

This property was clean and very close to the beach. Easy to get to with ride share and in close proximity to everything San Diego has to offer. It can be a little loud because the flight paths are nearby but it is easy to tune out

The place is very clean and comfortable! Great location we didnt need a car to go to restaurants and the beach, it was just a few minutes walking distance, plus the owner is very thoughtful, the condo has everything you need for staying, extra blankets and pillows are available! Thanks for the convenience you provided for us, we ll be back for sure!

Cute and convenient

Cute little property close to beach, shops and restaurants. Very well equipped with beach necessities. We really enjoyed the area. It was convenient to Uber from the airport. We also went to Balboa Park and the zoo. Glad we didn’t need to deal with a car rental or parking.

The property was as advertised. The location was an easy walk to the beach and quick access to the freeway. The host was great. She went out of her way to make sure we knew what to expect in San Diego and gave us fantastic recommendations for activities and food.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. Location was excellent - 1 block from the beach and 3-4 blocks from the restaurants and shops. The host gave us very clear instructions for check-in, including a list of recommended restaurants - awesome! The host was easy to get in touch with if there were any issues. There was a beach mat and beach chairs in the apartment, which was great. There's a hose on the private patio to rinse off your feet after the beach so you're not tracking sand through the apartment. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place close to the beach!

The location was perfect - really close to both Ocean Beach, Dog Beach, and Newport Avenue with all of the restaurants and shops. We walked to everything. The place was immaculately clean and newly remodeled. I could tell the owner tried to think of every detail to make it an awesome place to stay. The owner called me ahead of time to touch base and kept in touch throughout the entire vacation. The only suggestion I could make would be a washer and dryer, but I can see how space restraints could make that difficult. There is a laundromat close by.
