One bedroom, new construction in Pacific Beach

Come vacation in this brand new one bedroom property located just a couple blocks from Mission Bay and a few blocks from the beach! In addition to being close to the bay and beach, it is only 3 blocks from all the action Pacific Beach has to offer. 
Walk into the living room with nice high vaulted ceilings giving the room a large open feel. The kitchen is spacious and complete with everything you will need for cooking at home.  Enjoy your meals at the bar counter top or take it outside to the shared patio area and enjoy a nice fire under the stars. We have also included a gas BBQ for guests to use also located in the patio area.
You can jump on the beach cruisers to check out the area or load up the wagon with all your beach items and head to the sand! Take advantage of the outdoor shower when returning to the beach to wash all the sand away. If the weather is just too nice to sit inside, pull up a chair and enjoy the sun in the patio area while someone else gets the BBQ and outdoor fire started.
