Perfect

I came to move my daughter out of her junior year at SDSU. This place was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, comfortable and 2 short blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and I loved sitting on the outdoor balcony in the morning.

Loved the neighborhood, the studio is nice as if not better than a hotel. Love that the beach is in walkinh distance. Talk to the neighbors down the street they nice also. Communication with host was great. I plan to stay here again.
