The location is great! Walk right out onto the bay.. easy access to everything. Quiet area! The interior of the rental is not as nice as the photos make it look. Older than the photos and the cleanliness was not up to our standards, needed a much better cleaning job. We still had a great time and property management was very easy to communicate with! Also the heater/ac unit did not work and parking is extremely SMALL make sure you have a very compact car

Overall, the place was awesome. Comfortable bed. It was equipped with everything you need. The only thing that was a negative was the parking spot for this unit was very tight and you had to park by trash cans and stagnant water. Had to worry about getting dinged by whoever parked next to us be it’s it was very tight and the spot was short.

Great location!

This property is in a great location steps away from Mission Beach, but very calm on the Bay Walk. It is right in the center of the Bay Walk with people walking, running, and biking right in front during the day, but very quiet at night. The property was very clean and stocked with everything you might need. The bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Mission Beach Rental

This was a great place to wake up and have coffee on the patio looking at the bay. The bed was comfortable. The place had great amenities. Walking distance to restaurants.

Relaxing getaway

Great experience at the Mission Bay condo. It was simple but super clean snd perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. Mission Bay is right in front of the condo and plenty of places to eat and drink are within walking distance. Would for sure stay there again.

Delightful studio in a prime location

A delightful studio in a prime location. Comfy bed with the best pillows ever! Loved having my own kitchen. Thank you for beach chairs and towles! had lovely quiet neighbors. But the house next door had a huge family staying with lots of noise, so that wasn't the best. Lots of flies. But I would stay here again!

Wonderful!

Perfect location on the quite side of Mission Beach but just a short walk to the hustle and bustle on the Pacific side. Morning coffee on the patio watching the paddle boarders, runners and bikers was the perfect way to start the day. One of the best VRBOs that we have stayed at.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Area quiet and friendly. I would only recommend that an area map along with restaurant and things to do in the immediate area be left on premise. Also the large wall clock in working condition would be helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only comment we have is lack of closet space or storage for clothing. Otherwise everything was great. Perfect location first time in San Diego for my husband and I celebrating our anniversary.

Best Place on the Bay for 2

Without a doubt this was our favorite vacation in Mission Beach. The unit is perfect for 2 people, so much better than a hotel room for the price we paid, is located right on the sand as the ad says, and is nicely remodeled. We will be back, thanks again from Robin and Bob

So relaxing and peaceful!

We needed to get away to someplace relaxing and peaceful, and this place did not disappoint! This place was very clean, well furnished and the location, being on the bayside, made for a peaceful, and relaxing stay. The ocean is just a short walk… maybe 4 minutes, and other places such as restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping were just a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay so much we did not want to leave, and we are already talking about scheduling another trip back in the springtime.
