“We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. “No service except one room. There is no drinking water in the room, no hair dryer, and the air conditioner is very loud. There is no official reception in the hotel, only a small window like a prison visitation for you to check in and check out. It feels very unsafe. When I went to a nearby restaurant to order food, the boss told me to be careful when I went out, it was not safe here. I will never go there again.”
