Broken toilet and staff refused to fix it or refund the costs. Had to use public restrooms in the area. Rooms are filthy with fabric and carpets everywhere not washed ever. If you're looking to get bed bugs, this is a place to stay

Our stay was okay and affordable for a short trip. Close to shopping center and restaurant. Room - descent beside there was a hole and crack in the wall. The bathroom - there were ants. Staff - okay. The only thing didn’t like our visit there is returning to our room was made up and stock after sign “do not disturb” was put out.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel rooms are prone to ant infestations, rooms are small, bed is rock hard uncomfortable, and management is rude and disrespectful. Do not bring any food to your room, ever. You WILL wake up to thousands of ants, literally everywhere in the room. They will refuse refund despite ANY issue or complaint. Apparently it's my fault for the ant infestations because we didn't notice an issue until the morning of checkout and because ants are unpredictable. True words told to me from the boy running the desk. Currently travelling home with a suitcase and bag full of Ants with absolutely no compensation. Again, do NOT stay here unless you want to throw your money away for a less than adequate stay. Through making friends with other patreons of the hotel, these are not just my complaints, but the collective experiences from a group of 6 across 3 different rooms in separate locations of the premises.

Etablissement ancien qui profite de sa situation de seul hôtel dans sa zone et de sa proximité avec le Bart Colma. Prix un peu élevé, mais endroit qui reste pratique.
