Highly recommended! Very kind and helpful staff, location is fine, steps away from Union Square. Very clean and updated room and bathroom. If I had to name one negative it would be the water pressure in the shower. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again!!

It’s the location that makes this hotel ideal. It’s practically close to everything in downtown SFO. But if you are looking for a place with amenities, this won’t be the one. Also the building is quite outdated. We had mistaken the elevator for a door because it’s so small. The lobby isn’t spacious. The room however is renovated but not much space. Staff is friendly. The price is quite expensive for what you are getting.

The location is near Chinatown and Downtown. Parking garage is also near. This was our second time, first as a couple, second as a group. First experience room space, excellent. For this booking as a group, not recommended. You can barely move around. Plus no microwave in rooms, even main lobby. No water as well, just coffee.

Rooms were clean, cleaning staff was great! Front desk staff were amazing as well, incredibly kind and helpful. Location is great, you certainly won’t run out of shops and cafes to hit. Keep in mind that you are nestled in a busy city, and there is a lot of noise outside at all times, at no fault of the hotel. We will most certainly return to Hotel 32One :)
