HelloResort hosts were very helpful except for when we arrived we were told the keys would be in the safe box outside but we had to ring them and they said an agent would be with us soon 2 hours later a lady arrived spoke very little english handed us the keys and told us what block and apartment number and drove off the details were wrong we ended up asking a neighbour and she kindly took us to the right apartment the apartment itself was excellent and very well laid out we would rent this apartment again in the near future Kind regardsMargaret
