「A great stay for a family of 5 in the kitchen suite, we made a home cooked dinner and it had everything we needed. The pool was perfect to cool off in and we even did a load of laundry with their complimentary machines. Thank you Homewood Suites and staff, it was a great stay!」

「Hotel was fine however the noise from the planes was very loud and there were no local walkable shops or activities but both of these are expected from an airport hotel. It was very convenient for the airport」

「We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while....

「This was our second time staying here and we love this place! Staff is very helpful, and made the effort to communicate with us, using our very limited Spanish. Trees and flowers are beautiful here. Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. We love staying in this place and know that the staff takes great pride in keeping the natural beauty of Costa Rica, and providing excellent service.」

「Gorgeous and unique property close to the Poas Nacional Park. The views were breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed in the Junior Dome and had a relaxing and zen like stay. The property was very cute and quiet in June. There was a nearby dog barking nonstop from a neighbor but not much you can do about that.」

「Absolutely everything was perfection. The welcome, the extras, the room, the ammenities, the grounds, the spa, the food, and most of all the staff; for making our experience unforgettable. We were so spoiled and it was so beautiful, we never wanted to leave. Except maybe to try their sister resort, The Springs. We even met the owner, who happened to be in town, and he was delightful. Definitely coming back and letting everyone know this is the place to find peace and luxury in Costa Rica.」

「I enjoyed the fire pit and the jacuzzi, just a little bothered with the hot water going out and we had to use cold water. The farm animals were lovely especial the baby donkey」

「They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!」

「A lovely locally owned hotel. It was easy to get a shuttle from the airport. The staff was kind and accommodating. Breakfast is included. Quite a pretty little place tucked away and close to SJO. Stay here when you fly to CR!」

「We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening .」
