「Awesome building and location. Going through hotels.com created some complexity on the communication front. One big issue with this property is parking. You have to give them the details on your car 48 hour prior to arrival which is tough with rental cars. 」

「We stayed for a week. Generally good experience. There is a coffee machine at the lobby. Parking is in the secured garage. The only downside is that AC might be a little loud during the night. But overall we are glad that we booked the place. 」

「A great place to stay in the Historic district of San Jose. It's close to numerous amenities, corner store, restaurants, bars, mini golf, ... There is also public transit nearby, buses and trains to get around. It is simply 8 minutes from your stay to the convention center. There are 6 spots at this house and Room 1 was where we stayed. 「Great location for the price! The space is a former commercial property, so it has a few quirks. The house has solar funnel lights throughout and you cannot dim or cover them, so when the sun is up, you are up! Rooms were decent size, kitchen was stocked and functonal, and the shower had great pressure! The place is dog friendly and our dogs were happy and comfortable. We will stay here again!」

「Our family of 12 spent two weeks during the Christmas holidays in this home and we all enjoyed and loved every inch of this place. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for big groups to enjoy both together and apart. The adults and the kids alike loved the mini golf, pool tables and the fire pit. The arcade game was a hit. What a breathtaking view particularly on New Year’s Eve! We highly recommend this home.」

「This was the perfect place for us to rent for what we went to San Jose for. Quick car ride to all 3 of the event. 3 minute walk away there is a safeway, mcdonalds and walgreens. If we come back to San Jose, we will be staying at this place again.Owner was geeat to deal with and we had everything we needed for our stay.」

「the place is in need of renovation. The communication with the bost was non-existing. Never answered my messages. The AC unit does not work properly, makes a lot of noise to the point of not letting us sleep. Washer and dryer are filthy, we could use, they are in terrible shape. Very disappointed!」

"**Disappointing Stay at Marriott** I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience. As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel."
