Beachfront Paradise In PR, For Adventure Seeking Travelers... Or Just To Relax

A/C units in each room. First room is equipped with 2 bunk beds, that are full size on the bottom and twin size on the top one. Master room with king bed and in-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. No need to worry about towels or bed sheets, apartment is fully furnished, including the kitchen with all needed utensils, and washer and dryer located within. 2 TV's with DVD players are installed. Board games, beach chairs and other beach toys in the apartment are available for use.

Complex facilities include tennis courts, playground, volleyball and soccer play areas.

This apartment is within driving distance of the San Juan metro area and close to the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (<20 miles, approximately 30 minutes). Areas of interest in San Juan include Historic Old San Juan and Plaza las Americas (largest shopping mall in the Caribbean). The apartment is also very close to many important attractions of Puerto Rico, including El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest. From this apartment you have direct access to the beach (dated community): <1 minute walk to the beach and 24 hour security. The place is also very close to grocery stores (Amigo), Walmart, pharmacies (Walgreens), etc., were you can buy goods during your stay. Nearby points of interest include: Windham Rio Mar Beach Resort, El Yunque National Rainforest (2 mi.), Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve (12 mi.), Bioluminescent Bay (12 mi.) (kayaks tours), Hacienda Carabali (7 mi.) (horseback riding, go kart racetrack and four wheel drive ATV), the 18 hole Wyndham Rio Mar Golf Course (1 mi.), the Trump International Golf Club (7 mi.) and the Outlet Mall in Route 66 (15 minute drive). Also close to Fajardo, where you can take the Ferry and visit the nearby islands of Vieques and Culebra. Golf: Wyndham Rio Mar Golf Club two 18 hole golf courses (Ocean Course- one of the most popular courses, its classic layout features four sets of tees, numerous bunkers and elevated greens and the River Course- wide fairways, open greens, shallow bunkers and light rough). Trump International Golf Club PR is host of the PR Open, official PGA Tour event on the Island, and features two 18-hole Championship and International Golf Courses. Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Club this 18- hole course is created around a network of salt water lagoons, Fithteen of the 18 hole border some form of water.

Amazing location!

This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico, and I am so glad that we stayed here! The condo was perfect for our family (bunk beds for the kids, our own room and bathroom, washer and dryer in unit). The balcony was another favorite feature, with views of the beach and mountains. But the beach was absolutely the most spectacular part, and nicer than the other beaches we visited (Seven seas, Luquillo). There was a coral reef we could snorkel on our own, just a short walk down the beach to the west. The pool was lovely as well (note, the small rectangular pool in the photos is not a hot tub, just a small wading pool). Easy access to El Yunque, great local restaurants, nearby grocery store and other shopping. Both Fajardo and San Juan are easy driving distance as well. The condo had boogie boards, a volleyball, some beach toys, plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella, towels, pretty much everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely beautiful. The place is roomie, the views from the condo are amazing--the mountains to the south and the crystal clear ocean to the north. Wonderfully peaceful and quiet. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect beach vacation

This property was just as described and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We even had a view of the ocean from the master bedroom and the patio. The pool and beach access were great. Nice, shallow and sandy beach where my kids had fun playing in the waves for hours! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Rico!

Great location for safe stay for families. Quick access to the beach, El Yunque, Fajardo, Ceibe, the kioskos, public beaches, and more. Owner was quick with communication and checkin/out were a breeze. We recommend.

This complex is beautiful! Other then a few minor quirks the condo is perfect.our only issue was total lack of communication with host/owner.door code was not recieved til we actually landed at midnight.qnd 7 out of 7 sent messages went with no reply.very disappointed in that.but condo extremely relaxing,gorgeous view and very close toall kinds of activities. Would definitely stay in this complex again!!!

Great vacation!

We had a great time in PR. The condo location is super convenient to the rain forest and an easy drive to San Juan. Overall the condo was safe and clean. Comfortable apartment near beach with the necessary ammenities

1-Bathroom extractor in master bedroom did not work 2-Bidette in the same bathroom was missing a handle. 3-Bathtub in hallway was dirty. 4-Broom and dustpan in laundry were full of beach sand 5-One of the storm shutters in the balcony did not work. 6-We called the host the day of the check in, left two voicemails for request of information...she did not reply.

Perfect Location for a PR vacation

Prime secluded feeling location only minutes from great food, the rain forest, and the ferry to Culebra and other islands. Host is great with communication. Condo is a minute walk to the beach gate. Would definitely stay again!
