「The space is great it needs updating though. I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. Message to the owner(s) toilet paper holder, towel rack, shower door or curtain, spray for ants, fix bathroom door so it can close properly, a/c in living room, new pots, paper plates, plastic forks, kettle...

「The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. 」

「I booked with Brix, somehow the date stated a day before my stay( a mistake that wasn’t made by me) when I got there I only realized the error. The guy at the front desk went for the manager. A woman of African descent came over. She came with attitude and was very rude, telling me the date was for the day before and I cannot stay which means also I can’t get a refund. She said she can check if there was any rooms available and I would have to pay again. I declined and took my money where it was...

Although I had a great view of the outdoor space, the lighting was dim, and space was a little dated. Colleagues on the other side of the hall had updated rooms (closets, lighting, bathrooms). I was comfortable, felt safe, and was fortunate to enjoy the outdoor space, the food, and the excellent service from the team members. Would recommend...

「The room and bedding was not very well cleaned and there was roaches.」

「Room was clean and tidy,very welcome staff,breakfast was outstanding,homely feel.Air condition was nice.」

「Definitely not a place I'd stay at again. The place had a very uncomfortable feel to it and it's not maintained adequately as well. The breakfast was not satisfying at all. I'm a vegetarian and all they had for me to eat was bread and butter. Not even any cereal. What a shame!!! My worst experience ever.」

「Pleasant staff.」
