「The staff is not consistent. The restaurant greeter is not customer first. The large round table in the lobby means there’s literally nowhere to sit or congregate. Third floor has free coffee and sodas in the morning in the central area while there’s nothing on the main floor common area - for a very expensive room. Views are superb.」

「Very nice location with nice staff. Julia was very friendly at the front desk. However for the price charged I would expect a bed that is comfortable not one that feels like plywood. This was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on in a highly priced hotel rooms. They need to seriously upgrade their beds. Just awful couple night sleep.」

「It’s very basic considering the cost. The bed is very soft and not particularly comfortable with 2 people of different weights. Everything just felt a bit thrown together, which is ok but at this price point we had higher expectations.」

「Wow, I cannot say enough about my wife's and my stay, and it's rare for me to write a review (good or bad) for any property. The host is clearly a student of human behavior and accommodated our needs in unexpected, and most pleasing ways. Breakfast was delightfully tasty and home-cooked by the host, and his recommendations for local restaurants were impeccable. 「Work trip, Very clean house!」

「Clean and comfortable. Beautiful bay. Very quiet. Good internet once you signed into the network. Check-in would have been just fine (the communication was good to ensure contact with the virtual front desk, in a spotty internet area) but I don’t believe our keypad was programmed correctly. Fortunately, a maintenance guy just happened to be in the building and was able to correct the problem. 」
