「Ground staff are amazing ! They are ready to help and available 24/7 . Reception is ok . Nothing exceptional. Housekeeping could be better . Dog hair was all over the floor when we checked in and had to request . I think they are understaffed . We really liked the lady who helped mop the room after we reported the issue . 「We had booked this months ago, not last minute, got put on a low floor facing a parking lot with service trucks showing up at 7 am every morning including Sunday! I could understand this accommodation for a late reservation but this was awful! And there was a portable a/c unit in living room but not the bedroom. There are so many options in Telluride, won’t be back to this place.」

「Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!」

「Room smelled very strongly of mold! There was no AC and the room was scorching hot and the only window was inches away from the asphalt driveway. We spent as little time in the room as necessary. Everything was quite dated and basic inside. I’ve stayed at motel 6s that were nicer.」
