The unit itself was nice - clean and well maintained. The office & Maintenence staff was friendly, but overall the resort needs a lot of upkeep. The thatch roofs on all the palapas are disintegrating. There are too few pool deck chairs and many are broken. We went to sit on one and the wood broke thru before we ever even fully sat on it. I was surprised for the cost the Maintenence level. But I do think it’s hard to maintain property in Belize bc it’s hard to get replacement materials. It was quaint, felt more connected to the locals & culture more here than at a huge resort, and a value compared to other places but just set your expectations. I’d stay again if a further delve into other options revealed a high value ratio.

Very clean, quiet and just a fantastic place to relax and unwind. It is in a relatively quieter part of town yet not that far from town. Rosie and entire staff were very friendly, helpful and catered to all our requests. A perfect experience overall.

Great beachfront location!

This was a great location and I have rented other condos in San Pedro and Caye Caulker. I wish we could have spent more time at the condo and less time snorkeling, diving and on excursions. Close to restaurants, and secret beach but far enough away to allow for peace and relaxation. Dive boat or excursion boats can pick you up on their pier, massage services at your fingertips, cocktails or a meal at La Cala. One perfect package. I will be back, staff very nice and helpful. They do have coffee available at the pool side bar in the morning so if you do not bring with you they have you taken care of. Fully equiped kitchen, towels, linen very comfortable.

Lovely Location and Quiet place

This property was lovely. Not too far outside of town but far enough that it seemed to be all by itself. The property was very quiet and it was beautiful. No beach or swimming area but that could not be helped due to the sargassum. The only thing i'd say we were not completely happy about was that the place could have been a bit more clean and the 2nd bathroom is far to tiny. Other than that, the place was very nice. I would stay there again but likely in a more upgraded unit.

Belize Getaway

I have been to Belize 7 times and stayed at many locations. I enjoyed this one. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is north but an easy ride with a golf cart. We loved our time here on this trip. Having two couples share the space was great as we both had a bedroom and bath and we had great space. Thank you!
