“Easy to find. Took the ferry from Venice airport to the Ospedale station. Ten minute walk from there. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but still only a short walk to St. Mark’s Square. Great restaurant steps away - Bacarandino.”

“Good location - 10-15 mins walk to all attractions. Super clean. They provided iron when we asked for it. Common area has hot and cold water machine. Also coffee bottles were there to use from. Check in was easy and it was easy to find the hotel - next to small grocery shop. Sound proofing is not good. You can hear people walking on the street - but It’s not a super busy street so was not much annoying. Just few steps from water taxi. I will recommend it.”

“Excellent. Except that we were not aware of the 3 steps between bedroom into the living area and bathroom. It would be best if it was disclosed on the booking website.”

“Good location, nice staff, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is satisfied. Althogh the price is no cheap, it's a good choice to stay near the hottest scenic spots in Venice. However, the materials in the ketchen sink were not clean. We cleaned all the cups, plates, goblets, and the electric kettle by ourselves before use. The wifi is very slow in the room, but is okay in the reception room as well as in the dining room.”
