「Great location in the middle of everything.」

「The hotel here far surpassed our expectations. This place was up in the mountains with fresh air, sounds of nature and the most beautiful views you can imagine. Everything about it was amazing. 」

「Very difficult to enter. Address is incorrect on ALL advertising. Front door AND back door is locked after a certain time in the evening (we were stuck inside for more than an hour until someone finally came). Won't stay there again.」

「The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the reservation was made for 2 superior double rooms. Upon arrival we were given standard double rooms. Although the website listed in-room WiFi at 50+ mbps, in my room I was lucky to get 5mbps. I checked the speed several times at different times of the day. There was no hot water in the room. 」

「The hotel is no where near where it is advertised, the listing shows it right in Guatape and a 3 minute walk to the square. It is a 30 minute walk to the square! The hot tubs never had water in them. The staff was unfriendly and barely acknowledged you when you came and went. When we got off the bus we walked to the advertised location to discover it was not there, it took at least a half an hour to find the hotel location and another half an hour to walk there. FALSE ADVERTISING!」
