Receptionist was really rude. We called and asked if we can leave our lugagge early and they said yes with a $15 payment. We were ok with that. When we got there she said no we had to wait for check in time. I understand that it could have been another receptionist but the tone she used was rude. Yet when k told my husband her answer he asked and her time of voice changed completely with him and allowed us to leave our lugagge. She was rude towards our group bony friendly. One of the rooms had no AC. If they say rooms are with AC they should maintain it. I know it was cheap but if her attitude was much more friendlier and inviting o would have left a better review.

The hotel is filthy. Bathroom in general is dirty. Floor are dirty walls. Front desk help not helpful neither friendly. Please don’t waste your money.
