The whole entire staff at the hotel were helpful and so friendly. Also, so convenient that the shopping center is across the street from the hotel. I will be returning for future stays. I almost forgot, when making reservations ask for the volcano view unless you want the downtown scenery view.

Great staff & service. We stayed at another 5 star hotel prior to our stay at the Intercontinental and this hotel is way better in its service than the other one. There is a mall right across from it as a plus.

Property is in way better shape and condition compared to Sheraton presidente, staff is super nice and helpful, the beds are super comfortable and the rooms are up to date and not outdated whatsoever, the restaurant options and breakfast options are great as well, the 2 guys that are working the valet understand time is valuable and will get your car within a couple of minutes of giving them the keys, also valet prices are excellent! Definitely recommend.

Great staff, good food and convenience for business. Shopping plaza a nearby convenience. Noise levels from passing guests in corridor at times during the night. Room cleanliness mainly ok but not consistent. Room and bathroom amenities and charging ports great and regular drinking water supplied. Overall can recommend.

The hot water in the shower was not hot at all. It wasn't even warm. The hot water was working, because the water coming out of the sink was very hot. However, the hotel has it set so that the water in the shower will not get hot.

The property is very average for an Intercontinental. The concierge desk was not staffed and in fact was being used as a storage area, the restaurants (while excellent) had limited hours, and the pool area was unremarkable. I also arranged for airport transfer and they missed it. I was able to take an Uber but not a good first impression. The rooms have been upgraded and while clean, very basic. The phones are old with wording rubbed off. It was fine but definitely not the luxury one expects from this hotel brand
