Very good location. Close enough to everything while being further enough away from the crowds. We enjoyed cooking most nights and eating on the palazzo. Gaetano was easy to communicate with. Great stay.

Fantastic roof terrace

Bell'appartamento accogliente e curato negli arredi

Abbiamo trascorso delle piacevoli serate nella terrazza panoramica comprensia di barbecue! Ottime colazioni con vista mare! Molto apprezzato il kit di benvenuto e la cortesia della signora che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo. Unica pecca che ci ha molto delusi è stata la non pulizia dei sanitari in entrambi i bagni e delle stoviglie oltre alle polveri trovate sul mobile tv e sulle librerie. Abbiamo iniziato la nostra vacanza con la pulizia soprattutto dei bagni per questione d'igiene e per evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti, essendo, alcuni di noi,allergici agli acari.

Top Lage mit großartigem Blick von der großen Dachterrasse

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse direkt gegenüber dem wunderschönen Strand von San Vito lo Capo. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Mobiliar ist zwar etwas zusammen gewürfelt und hier und da fehlt mal eine Kleinigkeit (zum Beispiel nur 1 Weinglas), aber da muss man sich zu helfen wissen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, beide Betten waren sehr bequem, auch wenn eher einfach. Ein Traum ist die Dachterrasse, auf der wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt und vor dem Abendessen die letzten Sonnenstrahlen genossen haben. An einem Wochenende war der Strand sehr voll, so dass wir einfach die Dachterrasse zum Sonnen genutzt und uns zwischendurch im 50 Meter entfernten Meer abgekühlt haben. Wir konnten jeden Abend zu Fuß in die Einkaufs- und Restaurant-Meile schlendern und so das Auto stehen lassen. Leider haben wir Gaetano nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Er hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und uns in allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Nach ersten Anlaufschwierigkeiten funktionierte dann auch die Waschmaschine. Außerdem haben wir vorab sehr gute Tipps von Gaetano bekommen (Anfahrtsbeschreibung, gute Restaurants etc.). Kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Geschirr sollte einmal komplett gewaschen werden. Es war alles nicht so wirklich sauber. Außerdem sollten defekte Gegenstände entsorgt werden. Der Fön im oberen Badezimmer hat sofort angefangen zu stinken, wenn man ihn benutzt. Insgesamt können wir das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen. Es besticht einfach durch die Traumlage, die riesige Dachterrasse und den traumhaften Blick.

Appartamento molto vicino al centro e alla spiaggia. La terrazza è bellissima e con vista mare ma purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sfruttarla causa maltempo. A causa maltempo non abbiam pututo sfruttare la terrazza nemmeno per stendere i teli la notte e all'interno dell'appartamento sono riuscita in qualche modo ad attaccare lo stendino (per esterni) alla doccia. Ho consigliato al proprietario di acquistarne uno per interni per chi è fortunato come me e si trova un bel temporale tutte le notti (non capita spesso!) e ha i teli di 6 persone da stendere . L'ambiente è pulito, comodo e carino. Tutto quello che serve per una vacanza era presente. Nessun problema con pagamenti e acconti (quindi AFFIDABILISSIMO). Sono riuscita ad incrociare il proprietario che è stato molto accogliente e disponibile. Il proprietario risponde subito alle chiamate o ai messaggi quando si arriva. Appena l'appartamento è pulito è possibile entrare. Quando siamo arrivati la signora che si occupa delle pulizie stava lavorando ma è stato possibile lasciare all'interno dell'appartamento i bagagli. Lo consiglio!
