"We traveled from Michigan to New Hampshire to visit my friends daughter who recently moved there. This house was perfect for our home base. The home is beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfection! We traveled to Maine for a day at the ocean and were happy to return to such an enjoyable home. A few dinners and Sorry games later and it was back to Michigan. This home is as advertised....maybe even a little better!"

"Staying at the Reuben Diamond house was a perfect choice for our trip to New Hampshire. The house perfectly captured the essence of New England and all it had to offer. The combination of it’s historic charm and modern comfort is tough to achieve, but our host did it perfectly! Beds were very comfortable, place was absolutely spotless, and the grounds made for a beautiful, quiet getaway. 5 stars all around."

"Guests included Gma, Gpa, 38 year old Son and two grandsons 8 and 4. We were there to visit 82 year old grand parents. The location was beautiful and close to everything. The multi level layout was a bit more than our health challenged guests anticipated. Gma and great grands could not maneuver all of the stairs down to the dock. "This cabin had ample room for 4 couples. Bedrooms were adequate, the common areas spacious. (The entire house was super clean and all appliances nearly new.) However, we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the wonderful location overlooking the lake! The deck was perfect for meals, down by the dock fun for "happy hour", and the fire pit perfect for afternoon reading and evening fires. We enjoyed the kayaks and rowboat provided. The host was pleasant and available to answer questions...

"Beautiful home with wide open garage with easy access. Home was just perfect for our family. My girls loved the room with twin beds and my husband and I appreciated the king master bedroom. Not much for a yard but we didn’t care about that. Easy access to highway, Dunkin and grocery stores. New Hampton is a beautiful town! Thanks for sharing your home with us!"

"We had a lovely stay at the Big Red cottage. The home is modern and beautifully furnished and in a serene wooded setting. Everything went very smoothly and we very much enjoyed relaxing both inside and out on a Sunapee ski weekend. I highly recommend the home and hope to stay there again soon."

The house is huge, clean, provides every amenity imaginable and the deck and waterfront setting was ideal for a family gathering. We enjoyed having plenty of room to cook and eat together, sit out on the deck and converse and ended each evening around the fire pit with s'mores! "It the beginning of the season so there are bound to be some hiccups but the host was super responsive and handled everything quickly. House is a bit smaller than appear in pictures. Says it sleeps 12 but that really is a stretch. We had 6 and that was fairly packed. We had a day where we lost water. The hot tub needed treatment so was down for a couple days. Only 2 small pans. Need a large pan Master bedroom curtains don’t cover the whole window so get ready for some bright...
