"The location of the hotel is very convenient with restaurants and shops just under the hotel. The train stations is also near by. The floors could have been cleaner but the staff is very helpful."

"It was quite clean but there were a lot of drain flies throughout my 6 day stay in room 2021. I killed 7, my wife killed 3. Not a huge issue but bothersome. Very good location, very quiet. Kid friendly."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay here (2 nights). Easy access to the park and to city walk. We had a lovely view over the bay. We are from the UK. Much of the breakfast options catered to Japanese customers. We ate fried egg, bacon/ ham, variety of croissants, yoghurt, orange slices, french toast. There was also a small pancake machine that makes approx. 6cm diameter pancakes. There was a queue to be seated for breakfast (5-10 wait). "

"Great hotel in a great location. I was on a high floor so had no street noise. The free coffee and snacks in the afternoon were only bested by the free drinks and snacks in the evening. Excellent value!"
