"Greg was a great host! He gave detailed instructions on codes. Also lots of restaurant suggestions!-He was quick to respond with any questions. The decorations were each better than the next! So close to beach access! The pool and beach access were great! The parking space, utility shed and elevator were so close to each other. Having a stocked kitchen was great! Washer and dryer worker well! One helpful idea, put the WI-FI ID & password on refrigerator or counter."

"Air conditioning was excellent, especially in the very hot time we spent there. We were disappointed, especially with the price paid, that there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of kitchen towels, no dish soap, and only one very cheap dishwasher pod. Those are basic necessities that should be included when you’re paying that cost. Also the unit needs improved pot/pans and glassware. The pool was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. Our bedroom with king bed had a bathroom attached, but the window had no curtains on it, which is disappointing. The kitchen table needs an upgraded/clean tablecloth as well."

"Great vacation, super happy we stayed there. The house and setup were very satisfying. The layout of the house and game room allows for both getting together and privacy at the same time. The abundance of quality outdoor tables, chairs and umbrellas was really nice. We enjoyed the game room a lot and the video arcade game was a major source of family companion while the pool area was a vacation in itself.. It took us a couple days to master getting the beaches raved after donuts that are always sold out just a very short walk on the sandy road.. In general all the upgrades and appointments that I read had been put in this past year definitely were noticed and appreciated, overall a great host. We’d definitely hope to stay again in the future."

"It’s not often you stay at a rental that truly has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Need 20 plates for a big family dinner? They’ve got them. Need three ovens so you can cook multiple dishes at once? You got it. Want to learn how to swim in an outdoor swim spa? Done.The house is right on the water with super easy access to the beach, which was perfect for our family. The kids could run back and forth from the house to the water all day without it being a whole production.We also loved the huge open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, and pool table area all connected. With a big group, it was really nice having everyone together on the same floor, whether you were cooking, hanging out, playing pool, or just relaxing.My only two complaints were completely out of the host’s hands: there were some mosquitoes at night, and the sand got HOT! When we mentioned the mosquitoes, the host immediately sent pest control over and took care of the issue, which says a lot about how responsive they were.Overall, this was an awesome place for a big family vacation. It had the space, the location, and pretty much everything we could think of needing. We had a great stay and would absolutely come back."

Property slept 12 easily, kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs, and beach towels are provided which was great! Check in instructions were easy to follow."
