New pool liner, new hot tub, new pool fence, new privacy fence on three sides of the lot, all new outdoor furniture, new cornhole set, new volleyball court, new horseshoes pit, fresh paint throughout interiors, new top deck, new king beds, all new mattresses, new bedding, new toilets, refreshed bathrooms, new Roku TVs throughout, two new arcade games, new dining table, new furniture in sitting room includes a queen sleeper sofa, all new living room includes a new sectional queen sleeper sofa, new refrigerator in the kitchen, all new blinds, and lots of new décor and artwork.

"Splash" into your Sandbridge vacation at this lovely cottage by the sea. You will enjoy this comfortable and cute cottage and the private pool and hot tub will WOW your family! Beautifully updated and redecorated, this adorable beach house has more fun than one twice this size! The path to the beach access is just one house down and you can see the ocean from the back deck. When you aren't at the beach you can relax by the pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy ocean breezes in the shady outdoor living area under the house. Besides the pool, there is an outdoor ping pong table, a basketball goal, cornhole boards, and horseshoes in the ample backyard. You will LOVE the outdoor 'Limbo Bar' ready to welcome you and yours to land on 'Island Time" and get your limbo on before you get to the door! The first-level master bedroom has outside access only, giving extra privacy. The central location is close to Sandbridge Market, restaurants, ice cream, and shopping. Bring your passwords and enjoy your favorite streaming services in all the bedrooms on new Smart TVs, with cable service on the Smart TV in the top-level living room including a sports package!

Two arcade games will keep everyone playing: the first arcade cabinet is loaded with Ms. Pac-Man Deluxe Arcade game with 12 games including Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug, and others. The second arcade cabinet is an Atari Deluxe Arcade cabinet with 14 arcade games and 40 Atari 2600 classics. Games include Asteroids, Tempest, Centipede, Missile Command, Super Breakout, and many more.

All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Easter Get Away

We had an absolutely fantastic time. This house is set up to relax and reconnect. We hit up the hot tub, corn hole, ping pong, video games and of course ventured to the beach. Everything was as advertised and we are thinking about coming back for a summer stay down the road.
