“We had a great time. The place was very clean and beautiful. The owners were available by text and even offered to take the kiddos and husbands out on the boat to fish. They didn’t have any luck, but it was a very generous thing to do! The kids loved fishing off the dock and kayaking. They even caught an eel! I attempted my first kayaking trip which led to lots of laughter. We all loved relaxing in the pool. Our only complaint that was no fault of the owners was that once the sun went down the……

“This house was clean and comfortable. Had everything needed including beach umbrellas and chairs that we ended up using due to a storm damaging our umbrellas the first day. “I'll begin by saying that we had a fantastic trip to Sea Watch last week. If you're looking for a place to be near the ocean with family and friends, I highly recommend it.The property manager, Cathy, is awesome. Beach houses invariably have issues and quirks. Well, we had an issue with an AC unit and Cathy was corresponding with us at 10pm to help and she had a technician out to fix the unit first thing the next morning. “The cottage was cozy and clean. We enjoyed the sunset from the outside porch. We also enjoyed the kayaks and family atmosphere of the community. The closeness to the beach was convenient as well. The dryer may need to be repaired because it runs very rough. ”

“We traveled as a Mens and Womens golf team and this property allowed us to have one team spend their time on the first floor and one team spend their time on the 3rd floor with coaches on the 2nd floor! We can only imagine how great this property would be if the pool was open however the hot tub was great! We only wished there was a complimentary hot tub cleaning when you stay 5 days! Otherwise the house is incredible for a big group as we did team dinners at the massive dinner table! Only……

“This unit was everything you want in a vaca rental! Unit was clean and stocked, with plenty to keep you busy. The assigned parking spots were literally right inside the garage, with the beach closet to the right. The elevator was steps away. You couldn't ask for a better location- the beach was right across the street, as well as a little market and restaurant. Walmart and other stores are about 15 minutes down the road. Beach was never too busy to enjoy- we even saw dolphins!! It was nice to be……
