Beautiful, rustic 3-family house "Angolo di Sole". 3 km from the centre of San Remo, 24 km from the centre of Imperia, 30 km from the centre of Menton (Côte d'Azur), in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 800 m from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. For shared use: large, well-kept garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and flowers. Hot tub, parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 3.2 km, railway station "Sanremo" 3 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Local sale of farm products. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. Additional accommodations can be booked.
"Relax", 2-room apartment 70 m2, on the ground floor. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 open room with 1 double wall-trunk bed (160 cm), Scandinavian wood stove. Kitchen (6 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. 2 large terraces, porch.
