"Séjour reposant et au calme. L'endroit est un peu isolé mais idéalement placé pour visiter les environs et profiter d'une grande maison confortable dotée de tout ce qu'il faut. La journée était pluvieuse et donc c'était un désastre avec la boue, mais le propriétaire qui est très sympa et disponible, nous a dit qu'il allé mettre en place du gravier. C'est vraiment nécessaire. Petit déjeuner bon, mais proposer un yaourt ou des options à la farine complète peuvent faire la différence. "

Egal was wir hatten, wir konnten uns immer an Anna wenden und sie hatte einen Tipp oder hat uns geholfen. So einen super Service habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Da der Strand in der Nebensaison nicht bewirtschaftet wird, hat sie extra für uns 3 Liegen reserviert und den Pool für uns gereinigt und offen...

"We stayed at the other property at Mon Domini, though we originally booked the cottage. There was a mix up and Livia upgraded us. The other property was so nice a full one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs apartment with a huge patio right in the middle of the olive groves. "When we arrived for our 5-night stay, personal issues only allowed for a 3-night stay. While we clearly understood the hotel's cancellation policy, hotel personnel Nicholas indicated any penalty would be waived at check-out for which we were incredibly thankful, so we proceeded to make our alternate plans. Unfortunately, the night before check-out we were advised we would need to pay for all 5 nights. We contacted Expedia who reached out to the hotel, but the penalty could not be waived as was clearly indicated at check-in by hotel personnel Nicholas. While Nicholas might have not had the authority to waive the penalty, we believe San Benedetto del Tronto Smeraldo should have honored what was conveyed at check-in. This disappointment obviously stained our stay at Smeraldo, making it very difficult to recommend this hotel going forward."

"The hotel was very pleasant. We stayed in a suite and it was very nice. There was no television in the lounge which was weird, only the bedroom. The parking was confusing as you have to park outside of the town and walk in, not a bad walk but if we did not call reception we would never have figured it out. We booked this hotel for the spa but unfortunately they told us we could not use the services, including hot tub or sauna, after a long italian trip we were really hoping for that, as it is advertised as a spa resort, that was disappointing. Overall a beautiful town and nice hotel."
