"For the price we paid for one night, there should have been a microwave in the room. The pillows were gargantuan and not comfortable. Way too big; at least we should have options for a more comfortable, smaller pillow. Not unreasonable to ask. The TV is difficult to manage. The air conditioner should be easier to manage."

"I got a very large bay-view room without paying for one, so that was nice. I originally just booked a king bed, so that was a nice surprise. There is some street noise from where I was occasionally, and some in the morning when breakfast begins, or in the evening if people are congregating in the breakfast room, but it wasn't too bad. The room was large, so that was nice. Breakfast is decent for being free, no complaints."

"We had the best stay! Check-in was great with Connor. He found us a great room on the 3rd floor that was quiet and had a little Juliette balcony that allowed us to step outside and enjoy a nice view of Santa Barbara. The property was beautifully maintained and the room was clean and felt newly renovated. The continental breakfast was bountiful and varied with great coffee! A 5-minute walk to the beach made it just perfect!"
